CEBC campus life

You arrive at CEBC

On your arrival at the laboratory, your researcher in charge will make a complete visit of the laboratory with you and will introduce you to the managers of the dedicated services.

All amenities are provided so that you can stay comfortably

First of all you will have a furnished individual or collective room. Bed linen and duvet are provided. As far as meals are concerned, lunch is taken with all staff members at the CNRS restaurant. The restaurant is open on working days from 12.30 p.m. for non-permanent staff (contract staff, doctoral students and trainees). Evening meals are taken in the Centre’s fully equipped kitchen (crockery, refrigerators, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.). Meals are thus organized, prepared and taken in community. For your leisure activities, a fireplace (belonging to the CAES) is at your disposal. You will find there: a library with a wide choice of books, a table football and a ping-pong table. An outdoor tennis court is also at your disposal (rackets and balls are provided, on request, by the CAES). Due to its isolation, the laboratory also has a laundry room so that you can do your laundry. A washing machine, a tumble dryer and external washing lines are also at your disposal. On the centre, most of the mobile telephone networks are operational (with variations depending on the mobile).
